Col. Matthew Robins, 127th Operations Group commander, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, hands the 107th Fighter Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. Adam Pauly, incoming commander 107th Fighter Squadron, Feb. 4, 2023 during the unit's change of command ceremony.
